Cybersecurity is a bit of a contradiction in that our industry alternates between it “keeping us up at night” and crossing our fingers hoping for the best. Regardless of where you fall in that spectrum, outside forces in the form of the New York DFS Cybersecurity law as well as the NAIC Cybersecurity Model Regulation are placing it front and center for all of us.
